Zipper problemsOctober 14, 2008 Susan Cox(Lawrenceville NJ) I agree with the first review and the zipper problems. My 6yr loves it but week one of 1st grade the zipper completely separated and broke. I got in contact with the seller and within a week had a new one. Very easy to deal with. One thing on the zippers that open the main compartment is one zipper didn't have the string attached(not sure what it is called) and makes it very hard to use. Zipper is so small and hard to grab with out that string.

The back pack looks really nice with a lot of detail, like NFL zipper pulls etc. and for the most part seems very nicely made. How ever the zipper has seperated twice after it is closed. I have been able to open the zipper all the way and rezip each time and it then works correctly. But I am worried the zipper will not last the year.
The size is nice for a young child. If fits his letter size folder and his lunch box but would not fit much else. This is fine for him for this year but in other two years I think it would not be roomy enough for his needs. I like the smaller size for his age right now though.
